Lauterburg's bread made from sourdough has been baked in a wood-fired oven over local beech wood for over 150 years.
Trout farm Remsquelle
The Allgaier family from Gerwiesen breeds trouts since 1990. Traditional craftsmanship and animal welfare are especially close to their hearts.
Butcher's Uhl
The Uhls are an old family from Lauchheim. They butcher only animals from the immediate surrounding area since 1838.
Fruit & Vegetables Pentz
The family business Pentz from Essingen has been dealing with fruit and vegetables for four generations. They pay heed to regional products; in September 2021 the company entered the organic sector.
Schafhof Erhardt
Freshly slaughtered lamb and homemade cheese specialties made from sheep's milk – since seven generations the Erhardt family from Ellwangen-Killingen stands for the best quality from the region.

Creative, seasonal & individual - the florist Alexandra Veit from Ellwangen is not only supplier, she’s also responsible for the floral concept in the rooms of the restaurant.
